"Another Israeli spokeswoman, Tzipora Menache, stated that she was not worried about negative ramifications the Israeli onslaught on Gaza might have on the way the Obama administration would view Israel. She said 'You know very well, and the stupid Americans know equally well, that we control their government, irrespective of who sits in the White House. You see, I know it and you know it that no American president can be in a position to challenge us even if we do the unthinkable. What can they (Americans) do to us? We control congress, we control the media, we control show biz, and we control everything in America. In America you can criticize God, but you can't criticize Israel."

Commenting on the latest Israeli one-directional onslaught against the Palestinians of Gaza Strip, the Israeli 10th TV channel has disclosed that the Israeli genocidal forces had used half of its air force and had launched at least 2500 air raids against Gaza Strip.

The television military correspondent stated that the Israeli warplanes had dropped more than a thousand tons of explosives, including white phosphorous and DIME (Dense Inert Metal Explosive) bombs, during three weeks on the virtually unarmed densely populated 360 square Kilometers Strip.

He added that the shells fired by tanks, artillery, gunboats, and infantry were not included in those fired by the air force.

After a whole week of continuous air bombardments Israel sent in its elite foot soldiers; 30,000 of them, and called in 10,000 of its reservists. Armed with the latest weapons of mass murder, covered with an umbrella of free reigning air force, and accompanied with raining shells of heavy artilleries, they drove their tanks into the civilian towns murdering civilians and destroying every structure in their path.

Living outside of Gaza one cannot fully understand the barbarity of this genocide especially when the Western media had barely covered any of its atrocity. To gain a slight idea of its enormity one should remember that, during the 6-days war of 1967, this same Israeli army was distributed on four fronts; Egyptian, Jordanian, Syrian, and Lebanese, and it was fighting regular armies. Now the whole brunt of this army is concentrated on a small strip against unarmed and untrained civilian population.

Latest official count was 1350 murdered, 40% of them were children, and 5300 were injured; mutilated and amputated. It was reported that 80% of the injured were the victims of burning phosphorous bombs. More dead are being discovered under the rebels, and many seriously injured are expected later on to die.

Israeli tanks had left several city blocks completely destroyed without any homes or structure standing. The tanks shelled homes and apartment towers. Due to the small size of Gaza Strip Palestinians had to build vertically. Many apartment towers went up 15-20 stories high with each story containing 6-8 apartments.

A total of 20,000 buildings were completely or partially burnt and damaged. The UN has reported that more than 50,000 Palestinians are left homeless and are now crowded into 50 emergency shelters.

An estimated of 50,000 more are living with relatives and in tents they erected on the ruins of their homes.

The Israeli bombardment targeted everything in Gaza including government buildings, police headquarters, banks and business offices, the main university, 67 schools sheltering civilians, shopping centers and market places, factories, water, sewer, and electricity infrastructures, private homes and apartment towers and charity organizations.

Farms, including their animals, were also targeted and hundreds of acres of crops and fruit groves were incinerated. Religious buildings, where civilians usually seek shelter, were specifically targeted. Israeli fighter planes had completely destroyed 41 mosques, and partially damaged 51 others. One church was also targeted. Even cemeteries were not spared; 5 of them were bombed.

Although the Israeli army was given the exact GPS co-ordinates of every UN structure, as asserted by Christopher Gunness, the UNRWA spokesman, Israeli F-16 planes had repeatedly dropped phosphorous bombed on UN schools knowing very well that hundreds of civilians had taken shelter there. At least 45 children and women were burnt and murdered there.

The UN headquarters in Gaza City was also hit with three, not just one, phosphorous bombs burning tons of humanitarian aid and food stuff. The fire kept on burning for three days. UN-flagged humanitarian convoy was also shelled killing one driver.

Medical centers and paramedics were not spared. The Red Crescent Al-Quds hospital in Tal el-Hawa neighborhood was hit by Israeli shells and caught on fire. Other two hospitals; Al-Wafa and Al-Fata hospitals, were also shelled, leading the World Health Organization to express its deep concern about the serious implications of such bombardments. 16 other smaller health clinics and 16 ambulances were also damaged. Medics were targeted and prevented from helping the injured. Ten of them, including two doctors, were murdered.

Media centers were particularly targeted. Local and international news reporters were prevented from entering Gaza. Those, who were able to enter, were directly targeted. The Al-Shuruq office tower housing several international and Arab media outlets was directly hit. Two cameramen working for Abu Dhabi TV were injured, while the offices of Reuters News Agency, Fox TV, Sky, and Al-Arabiya TV offices were damaged. Another raid had damaged the headquarter offices of Al-Resala newspaper.

Similar to all their previous wars the Israeli soldiers had committed massacres against Palestinian unarmed civilians. They have used internationally banned weapons such as phosphorous bombs, DIME, and depleted uranium, as reported by international physicians, eyewitnesses, and military experts. Israeli soldiers had mutilated the bodies of their victims to instill terror in the hearts of people hoping they will leave Gaza. Israeli soldiers herded many families in one building using them as human shield, and then later on bombed the building on top of them. They shot civilians, mainly children, directly and at point blank. The bodies of some children were found shot several times; as many as 18 bullets in the body of a 12 years old girl, and 12 bullets in the body of her 2 years old sister.

Israeli soldiers had wiped off whole Palestinian families. Al-Samuni family lost 11 members, Abu Aisha family lost 6, Batran family lost 6, al-Rayyan family lost 15 and al-Balousha family lost 5 sisters. Other families, too many to mention here, were either murdered or incinerated by the phosphorous bombs. The Israeli army has been carrying out a deliberate indiscriminate mass murder. During the first Intifada, 1987 – 1993, they murdered 1162 Palestinians. During the second Intifada, 2001- 2006, they murdered 5500 Palestinians. Now, in a short period of three weeks, they murdered 1350 Palestinians.

This onslaught is a holocaust since the many tons of phosphorous bombs, dropped on Gaza cities, had burnt civilians to the bones, burnt their homes and buildings, and burnt their fields and crops. This is the holocaust that the Israeli Deputy Defense Minister, Matan Vilnai, had threatened Palestinians with when he stated: "the more Qassam fire intensifies and the rockets reach a longer range, they will bring upon themselves a bigger shoah (holocaust) because we will use all our might to defend ourselves."

One cannot help but wonder how could a group of people, who claim to be the victims of a holocaust, commit another holocaust against another nation. What is it that feeds, perpetuates and intensifies this Judaic genocidal spirit although all Arabs, including Palestinians, had offered these Zionist Jews many agreements of coexistence, peace and security? The answer comes through their media outlets, through the words of their scholarly educators, and through the teachings of their Rabbis.

"All of the Palestinians must be killed; men, women, infants, and even their beasts" cries the religious opinion of Rabbi Yisrael Rosen, the director of the long-established Tsomet Religious Institute. He wrote that Palestinians are like the nation of Amalekites, who attacked the Israelite tribes led by Moses on their way to Jerusalem. He stated that the Lord sent down in the Torah a ruling that allowed the Jews to kill the Amalekites, and that this ruling is known in Jewish jurisprudence.

The Torah states: "Annihilate the Amalekites from the beginning to the end. Kill them and wrest them from their possessions. Show them no mercy. Kill continuously, one after the other. Leave no child, plant, or tree. Kill their beasts, from camels to donkeys." Rosen stated that Amalekites are not a particular race, but rather all those who hate and oppose the Jews; Christians and Muslims.

Many leading Israeli Rabbis support Rosen’s views. Israel’s former Sephardic Chief Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu advocated carpet bombing of Gaza stating that "there is absolutely no moral prohibition against the indiscriminate killing of civilians during massive military offensive on Gaza" (The Jerusalem Post, 30 May, 2007). His son Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu amplified his father’s genocidal call stating: "if they don’t stop after we kill 100, then we must kill a thousand, then we must kill 10,000 and even a million"

Many Rabbis had argued that Palestinians in Gaza are not innocent civilians and that during war time it is not individuals but nations the Israelis are fighting. (It seems that Hitler had adopted this Telmudic teaching when he persecuted all European Jews)

Israeli educators, scholars, and politicians, openly, advocate the annihilation of all Palestinians. Dr. Nachum Rakover, a legal scholar, opined "They voted for killers and sent them to kill us. To call them (civilians) innocent is a tragic comedy… civilians are partners of the killers" Eli Yeshai, Israeli official in the Orthodox Shas party argued that "extermination of the enemy is sanctioned by the Torah" Many other politicians called for the need for "wiping off Gaza from the face of earth", and "annihilating of every moving thing there." The right-wing Israeli politician Avigdor Lieberman proposed nuking Gaza following the US example when it dropped the atomic bomb on Japan during WWII.

This "ideology of annihilation" is by no means a minority opinion in Israel, but represents a mainstream in the Jews of Israel as well as Jews in the West (US). The popular attitude is "if it was right by God to order us to commit genocide during Biblical time, why can’t it be right to commit genocide now. Has God changed his mind?" Indeed Judaic god is a racist genocidal god.

The Israeli spokesman, Nachman Abramovic demonized Palestinian children stating "They may look young to you, but these people are terrorists at heart. Don’t look at their deceptively innocent faces, try to think of the demons inside each of them … I am absolutely certain these people would grow to be evil terrorists if we allowed them to grow… would you allow them to grow to kill your children or finish them off right now? … honost and moral people ought to differentiate between true humans and human animals. We do kill human animals and we do so unapologetically. Besides who in the West is in a position to lecture us on killing human animals. After all, whose hands are clean?"

Human animal mentioned by Abramovic refers to the Judaic religious belief that Jews are Gods chosen people; the elite and the pure-blooded, while all others (non-Jews, Goyims, gentiles) are animal souls incarnated into human bodies to serve the Jews. Killing a human animal is just a sport like hunting deer or birds.

Larimer County, have introduced the Colorado Honest Money Act, HB 09-1206 in the current session.

Colorado is the third state to introduce a Sound/Honest Money/Gold Bill based on the verbiage of

well known Constitutional Scholar and Lawyer, Dr. Edwin Vieira of Virginia. The Gold/Sound Money Bill is

compatible for any of the 50 states.


The Bill would allow Colorado to offer its citizens a choice of Gold (and Silver) coin or the Electronic

equivalent in payable and receivable transactions with the state. This bold bill will finally bring

Colorado back into conformance with the Constitution for the United States of America which states "No

state shall...make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts..." Article 1,

Section 10.

However the slave of 1779 A.D. were only slaves physically, bound only by chains. For the first generation of Moors knew who they were and where they had come from. These teachings became a part of the lives of the second generation of the enslaved Moors. The ideologies of the European’s teachings grew in the Moors up until the 20th century.

With proper knowledge of the Scriptures (Tauwrat, Injiyl, Holy Qur’an) Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re realized that people like himself, Marcus Garvey, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad, and Shaikh Dauuwd were stepping stones to the 4th and 5th generation, who he taught the Moors to expect.

Noble Drew Ali-Re appealed to the people to become Members for he felt that the people would be law abided and receive their divine rights as citizens according to the free National Constitution that was prepared for all the National beings. Having journeyed to Egypt, noble drew ali-re(Noble Drew Ali-Re) was attended to by the Honored (Egyptian Moors), Respected Muslim (Al Ansaar),Wise Men (Canaanites Professors), who showed him many enlightening and inspiring experiences. Because of this, upon his returning to America he would start his great mission. Noble drew Ali-Re taught that the fourth son’s name was Amorite. Amorite means “Mountain Dweller” and his wives name were Qiynat and Dina. This son has intermingled with the rest of the seven younger brothers; the Hurrians (Hivites) mixed their seed with the people of Mesopotamia, Anatolian Syria and Palestine, who were there brothers.

Today they are known as Edomites, Japanese, and some Chinese and Black Indonesians. Noble drew Ali-Re taught that from the “Amorite” later came sub-Tribes, which call themselves Indo-Aryan, Iranian, and Kassite: From the Indo-Aryan group we get the French, Germans, Spanish, English, Dutch, East Indians, Etc. he taught that Sargon (Nimrod) Empire brought Amorites into the land of Shinar.

Arkite was the seventh son of Libana (Canaan) and his wives were Nayyat and Amma. They basically migrated to a town of Arga northwest of Tripoli in Syris. The Ninth son is Arvadites. This name means “To Diverse”; His wives names were Debra and Sadaw> The Arvadites migrated to Northern Syria where they became great sailors warriors, and military soldiers. They intermingled with invading tribes such as the Amorite and other Canaanite tribes. Eventually, they dispersed and mixed with the Greeks, Romans and Phoenicians. They are today known as Northern Italians.

Zemerite was the tenth son his name means “Counsel” his wives was Marilyn and Sakiyna. The Zemerite migrated to the city of Syria in Lebanon and to Sumra. They too mixed their seed with the Amorite and are known as Scottish People.

The last son Noble drew Ali-Re taught us of was Hamathite Tribe. Hamathite means “The Darkest”; his wives were Gwin and Bada’a. They migrated into the city of Hammeth Syria. They mixed their seed with the Amorite Kingdom during the 1370’s as well as the Hittites.

After gaining members in Chicago, Noble Drew Ali-Re told them that on Friday December 18, 1925 A.D., a star and crescent would appear in the sky. This, he told them would be a sign from the Eloheem to man that The Maxims OF Truth the will come from the east and was distained to rise in the west; and he who would bring in the sun cycle, would be the one to restore peace to it’s pristine purity for Truth is the only thing that changes not, and you are not a Negro, Black or Colored Ethiopian, you are what your forefathers were, beyond doubt or contradiction, unless man has the power that extends beyond the forces of nature.

The Prophetic night of December 18, 1925 On the evening of December 18, 1925 the citizens of Chicago , viewed a glorious event in the sky. The following is excerpted from the Chicago Daily Tribune from an article entitled “The Crescent and Star”. Author: Shelby Maxwell.

“The symbol of Islam hung low in the western sky last night at sunset. The moon and the planet Venus were as in conjunction, with Venus following the horns of the crescent. The figure of the crescent and the star is one of the most beautiful sights of the heavens and its rather rare. It was much admired ages before Mohammed adopted it as his symbol. This conjunction was a bright one, as Venus is now nearing the earth. From the astronomers viewpoint the event furnished an excellent chance to compare the brilliancy of the earth’s two nearest celestial neighbors. The moon is our satellite, while Venus is the earth’s twin world. The moon is a dead and frozen little globe, while Venus pulses with life like the earth.”

Using computer based simulation programs I am able to recreate precisely what the Moors of Chicago saw on this special night.

The above graphic shows where stars and planets where at along the western horizon of Chicago on December 18, 1925 at 11pm (planets not actual sizes). As you can see the planet Venus, and the moon are very close to each other and are moving westward along the lower southwestern horizon.

As per the newspaper article, the Moors of Chicago interpreted this celestial event as a sign from Ya’huwa that the distinctive doctrine of Islam would arise in the West with the arrival of the Egiptian Moor that would signify the destruction of the European civilization. Noble Drew Ali-Re was not a religious man and he told the EL’s and Bey’s that their religion is Islamism not Islam. The difference is Islam means peace, the same as Shalom means peace. This is one of the principles brought by Noble Drew Ali-Re i.e. Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom and Justice. Ism means distinctive doctrine, so the distinctive doctrine of peace is Love. Noble Drew Ali-Re desired that his people know THE MAXIMS OF TRUTH, and their royal lineage, and the right time in revealing their national origin. They must know from where they came and refuse to be called by corporate fictions i.e. Negros, Black, and Colored Ethiopians ect.. Noble Drew Ali-Re taught of Ethers and of El Eloh who is the source and that their is another group called the Eloheem meaning the sources or these beings, he taught that the Muhammadeans grafted Allah from El Eloh which is singular and grafted Allahumma from Eloheem which is plural . He taught that the Etherians was beings of pure energy (Crystal Light Energy). Who stayed on board the ships.

Some Moorish-Americans may wonder about the Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re belief in ships. Well I Grand Sheikh Andre’ Coleman-EL now to be acknowledge as Atun Pedi Neheh or simply Atun-Re of the Ancient Egiptian Oder, would like to point out this fact.

Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re taught that the Etherians are the providers and they Police the Universe in respect, far as being responsible for lining things. These Etherians are the IGIGI and they are above the good or bad complex, their concern is to maintain the universe and to prevent a star holocaust. They personify to whomever, and their assignment is the guardians of life which ANU, ELYOWN ELYOWN EL is a Prominent Member sent forth. The Prophet Noble Drew Ali also called them Spirit-Man.

There also was the DINNEER! The ancient Cuneiform word. ‘Dinneer” means “THE RIGHTEOUS ONES OF THE ROCKETSHIP.” There are your 24 Elders, who send down energy to the Anunnaqi.

Then you have the Anunnaqi, Eloheem, Allahummas, Umarway, Ginwins, Shushukiy, these being are mention throughout the scriptures but the Anunnaqi are Nubians with 9ETHER hair, dark reddish olive brown skin dark brown eyes. Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re was fully aware of ships that fly.



Due to the experience in the Canaanite Temple, Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re wrote a message to all Members, which said Dear readers do not falsely use these lessons. They are for the good, peace and happiness for all those that love Y’ashua . He said Dear mothers; teach these lessons to your little ones that they may learn to love instead of hate. Dear fathers, by these lessons you can set your house in order and your children will learn to love instead of hate.

So the Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re established Temples around U.S.A. and told Moors that he did not come to put NEW WINE in old vessels because he said that it will bust them, the New Wine that he taught about, that the Moor’s was Drinking in the Masjids, was The Dyin Islam of the Muhammadeans Religion.

Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re stated that he was a Servant just as all Prophets before him and that he brought the same remedy as did Prophets before him, that being Truth, as taught to your father Abraham. It is he that named you Muslims refer to (Koran 22:78).

Noble Drew Ali-Re, stated that he brought the eighteen missing years of the Bible because he knew that the 5 Books of Moses contained the basic tenements or laws called Millatu Ibrahim, the religion of Abraham. Its Abraham laws that the Prophet Noble Drew Ali-Re taught the Moors to follow and not the Sunnah (Triditions) of what some of you think Moorish Science to be. You've also not been told that the gross revenues of the government--federal, state, and local--are sufficient to operate present government services and more WITHOUT RESORT TO TAXATION! Governments, many for the past fifty years, have been keeping TWO SETS OF BOOKS, Enron-style: one set for the public and the other for internal use. Governments have hidden revenues not reported to the public including stocks, bonds, derivatives, interest on loans, and much more. Still, everybody is programmed to "pay their fair share" regardless of the actual need.
For YEARS, the Internal Revenue Service has ruled the American people with fear, bluff, and deception, the IRS's major weapons. Americans have been led to believe that they "owe" an income tax on their earnings; that it is their "patriotic duty" to pay it, and there is no alternative to the IRS's abuse. Nothing could be further from the truth! From its beginning, the income tax was levied on non-resident aliens and American citizens living and working in a foreign country and for the federal government. During World War I, the government requested that citizens volunteer to pay taxes as a way to pay for the war. During World War II the government employed Walt Disney and his cartoon character, Donald Duck, to increase the voluntary payment of the income tax. Consider the following facts:
Our Founding Fathers created a constitutional republic as our form of government. The Constitution gives the federal/national government limited powers. All powers not delegated to the United States are reserved to the States respectively or to the People. The Union was created to be the servant of the people! The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land. (Article VI, Clause 2.)
The Constitution gives the Congress the power to lay and collect taxes to pay the debts of the government and to provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States. Congress is only permitted to levy two types of taxes.
1. DIRECT TAXES, which are subject to the rule of apportionment among the states of the Union.
2. INDIRECT TAXES -- imposts, duties and excises, subject to the rule of uniformity.
The US Constitution does not allow the federal government to use either of the two classifications to tax CITIZENS or PERMANENT RESIDENT ALIENS of the United States of America, DIRECTLY. The intent of the Founders was to keep the government the servant and to prevent it from becoming the master. (See Article 1, section 2, clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution.)
Remember that a US Citizen is a citizen of the District of Columbia and all Federal possessions. This is different from a Citizen of one of the United States of America. Sovereign citizens of sovereign states sent representatives to the Constitutional Convention who the laid the framework for a constitutional republic, a federal government constrained by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to act within the powers expressly delegated to it. The Federal Government was a servant of the people, not their master.
A federal census is taken every ten (10) years to determine the number of representatives to be allotted to each State and the amount of a direct tax that may be apportioned to each State. This is determined by the percentage its number of representatives bears to the total membership in the House of Representatives. (Article 1, section 2, clause 3; Article 1, section 9, clause 4.)
It was established in the Constitutional Convention of 1787 that the Supreme Court of the United States would have the power of "judicial review". This is the power to declare laws passed by the U.S. Congress to be null and void if such a law or laws was/were in violation of the Constitution. This was to be determined from the original intent as found in Madison's Notes recorded during the Convention, the Federalist Papers, and the ratifying conventions found in Elliott's Debates.
Due to the characteristics of the SECOND CLASSIFICATION of taxation, the Supreme Court called it an indirect tax and it is divided into three distinct taxes: IMPOSTS, DUTIES, and EXCISES. These taxes were intended to provide for the operating expenses of the government of the United States. (See Article 1, section 8, clause 1.)
Duties and imposts are taxes levied by the federal government on things imported into the country from abroad, and are paid at the ports of entry.
The Supreme Court says that excises are...taxes laid upon the manufacture, sale or consumption of commodities within the country, upon licenses to pursue certain occupations and upon corporate privileges. (See Flint v. Stone Tracy Co., 220 US 107 [1911].)
In 1862, Congress passed an Act (law) to create an "Income Duty" to help pay for the War Between the States. A duty is an indirect tax, which the federal government cannot impose on citizens or residents of a State having sources of income within a State of the Union.
Congress passed an Act in 1894 to impose a tax on the incomes of citizens and resident aliens of the United States. The constitutionality of the Act was challenged in 1895 and the Supreme Court said the law was unconstitutional because it was a direct tax that was not apportioned as the Constitution required (See Pollock v. Farmer's Loan & Trust Co., 157 US 429 [1895].)
In 1909 Congress passed the 16th Amendment to the Constitution that was allegedly ratified by 3/4 of the States; it is known as "The Income Tax Amendment." Bill Benson has gathered the evidence that it was not legally ratified.
Some officials within the Internal Revenue "Service," along with professors, teachers, politicians and some judges, have said and are saying, that the 16th Amendment changed the United States Constitution to allow a DIRECT tax without apportionment.
However, the above persons are not empowered to interpret the meaning of the United States Constitution! As stated above, this power is granted by the Constitution to the Supreme Court, but limited to the original intent. The Supreme Court has no power to function as a "social engineer" to amend or alter the Constitution as they have been doing. A change or "amendment " can only be lawfully done according to the provisions of Article 5 of the US Constitution.
The U.S. Supreme Court said in 1916 that the 16th Amendment did not change the U.S. Constitution because of the fact that Article 1, section 2, clause 3, and Article 1, section 9, clause 4, were not repealed or altered; the U.S. Constitution cannot conflict with itself. The Court also said that the 16th Amendment merely prevented the "income duty" from being taken out of the category of INDIRECT taxation. (See Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 US, page 16.)
After the Supreme Court decision, the office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue issued Treasury Decision [Order] 2313 (dated March 21, 1916; Vol. 18, January-December, 1916, page 53.) It states in part; ...it is hereby held that income accruing to nonresident aliens in the form of interest from the bonds and dividends on the stock of domestic change corporations is subject to the income tax imposed by the act of October 3, 1913.
In another Supreme Court decision in 1916, the Court, in clear language settled the application of the 16th Amendment. By the previous ruling [Brushaber] it was settled that the provisions of the Sixteenth Amendment conferred no new power of taxation. Rather it simply prohibited the previous complete and plenary [full] power of income taxation possessed by Congress from the beginning from being taken out of the category of indirect taxation to which it inherently belonged... (See Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co., 240 US, 112.) And indirect taxes are limited to imposts, duties, and excises, not on the income of individuals.
The United States Constitution gives the federal government the exclusive authority to handle foreign affairs. Congress has the power to pass laws concerning the direct or indirect taxation of foreigners doing business in the U.S.A. It has possessed this power from the beginning, needing no "amendment" (change) to the U.S. Constitution to authorize the exercise of it.
The DIRECT classification of taxation was intended for use when unforeseen expenses or emergencies arose. Congress, needing funds to meet the emergency, can borrow money on the credit of the United States (Article 1, section 8, clause 2). The Founding Fathers intended that the budget of the United States be balanced and a deficit be paid off quickly and in an orderly fashion. Through a DIRECT tax, the tax bill is given to the States of the Union. The bill is "apportioned" by the number of Representatives of each State in Congress; therefore, each State is billed its apportioned share of the DIRECT tax equal to the number of votes its Representatives could employ to pass the tax. How the States raise the money to pay the bill is not a federal concern (Article 1, section 2, and clause 3).
In the Brushaber and Stanton cases, the Supreme Court said the 16th Amendment did not change income taxes to another classification. So, if the INCOME TAX is an indirect EXCISE tax, then how is it applied and collected? According to the Supreme Court, "Excises are taxes laid upon the manufacture, sale or consumption of commodities within the country, upon licenses to pursue certain occupations and upon corporate privileges; the requirement to pay such taxes involves the exercise of the privilege and if business is not done in the manner described no tax is payable...it is the privilege which is the subject of the tax and not the mere buying, selling or handling of goods." (Flint v. Stone Tracy Co., 220 US, 110.) In other words, if there is no privilege or licensing involved in a business, no tax is payable.
If all RIGHTS are the natural heritage of men and women, citizens of the States retain all RIGHTS except those surrendered as enumerated in the United States Constitution), and PRIVILEGES are granted by government after application; THEN what is the PRIVILEGE that the "income tax" is applied against?
As established in the U.S. Constitution, the federal government cannot directly tax a citizen living within one of the States of the Union. Citizens possess rights; these rights cannot be converted to privileges by government. The only individuals who would not have these rights and would therefore be liable to regulation by government are NONRESIDENT ALIENS doing business and working within the United States or receiving domestic source profits from investments, and United States citizens working in a foreign country and taxable under treaties between the two governments.
Withholding agents withhold income taxes. The only section in the Internal Revenue Code that defines this authority is section 7701(a)(16). Withholding of money for income tax purposes, according to section 7701(a)(16), is only authorized for sections:
• 1441 - NONRESIDENT ALIENS,
• 1442 - FOREIGN CORPORATIONS,
• 1443 - FOREIGN TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS,
• 1461 - WITHHOLDING AGENT LIABLE FOR WITHHELD TAX.
Internal Revenue Manual Chapter 1100 Organization and Staffing, section 1132.75 states: The Criminal Investigation Division enforces the criminal statutes applicable to income, estate, gift, employment, and excise tax laws involving United States citizens residing in foreign countries and nonresident aliens subject to Federal income tax filing requirements... You are NOT a subject unless you wish to agree to that or allow their interpretation stand by presumption. You were born free, not a subject of anyone. Your birth certificate has been used by them to make YOU collateral for the national debt. You can agree to remain chattel or signify your intention to take back your sovereign power. If you do nothing the government presumes that you prefer your present status.
What to do about the withholding of taxes from your paycheck? The implementation of IRS Treasury Regulation 1.1441-5 is explained in Publication 515 on page 2, that "If an individual gives you [the domestic employer or withholding agent] a written statement, in duplicate, stating that he or she is a citizen or resident of the United States, and you do not know otherwise, you may accept this statement and are relieved from the duty of withholding the tax.
The ONLY way a United States citizen or permanent resident alien, living and working within a State of the Union can have taxes deducted from his/her pay, is by voluntarily filing an application Form SS-5 to obtain a Social Security Number.
Then by entering that number on an IRS Form W and signing it to permit withholding of "Employment Taxes" -- "Form W Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate" (emphasis added).
That is why the IRS pressures parents to apply for Social Security Numbers for their children, and for employers to obtain the voluntary completion of Form W immediately from all those being hired. However, no federal law or regulation requires workers to have a Social Security Number or sign a withholding form to qualify for a job. Tax freedom can happen only when you are aware of who you are.
Internal Revenue Code Section 6654(e)(2)(c) states:...no tax liability...if....the individual was a citizen or resident of the United States throughout the preceding taxable year. IRS contends the success of the SELF-ASSESSMENT system depends on VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE
All human rights are natural and cannot be taken away by any legitimate means. This is the premise of the Declaration of Independence. The United States Government can only exercise powers given to it by "We the People" through the U.S. Constitution. The "income tax" is an INDIRECT TAX. There is no section of law in the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26 USC) making a CITIZEN or a RESIDENT working and living WITHIN A STATE OF THE UNION, LIABLE to pay the INCOME (indirect/excise/duty) TAX.

SEC. 6654. FAILURE BY INDIVIDUALS TO PAY ESTIMATED INCOME TAX.
(e) Exceptions. -Where tax is small amount. -- No addition to tax shall be imposed under subsection (a) for any taxable year if the tax shown on the return for such taxable year (or, if no return is filed, the tax), reduced by the credit allowable under section 31, is less than $500.
Where no tax liability for preceding taxable year.--No addition to tax shall be imposed under subsection (a) for any taxable year if:
A. the preceding taxable year was a taxable year of 12 months.
B. the individual did not have any liability for tax for the preceding taxable year, and
C. the individual was a citizen or resident of the United States throughout the preceding taxable year. (emphasis added)
What can you do about tax freedom? For one thing, require them to follow their own statutes and regulations. IRS is notorious for violating due process. Get a professional with 20 years experience helping people with tax problems.
